Not at all, your files are certified locally.

How do you certify a file?

It is a 3-step process, first you pay for the certification, then choose the file to certify and add your personal owner details and then it is certified by a SHA-512 hashtag.

How long is the certification valid?

It is a one-time fee that is valid forever.

Can I change the certified file?

No, if you change the file, the certification chain is broken. I f you need to update a file, first make a copy and change the copy. You then need to certify that copy to get an updated PrioIP certification.

Can I certify multiple files?

You can only certify 1 file at a time. If you have multiple files to certify, add them into a folder and Zip/Tar the file first, then certify that file.

Why do I need a PrioIP certification?

If you want to make sure you have the IP first, especially if you are about to show or demonstrate your IP to someone else, a PrioIP certification will secure your rights.

Just make a PrioIP certification and add/bring the certificate to your meeting/demonstration to inform and prevent IP theft.
